After gaining a First Class BSc in Banking & International Finance at City University of London Cass Business School, Dan took an M.Phil in Finance at the University of Cambridge (with Distinction). He was awarded a place on the PhD programme. However, instead he opted for a career in investment banking. Dan spent a considerable part of his career as a financial analyst at UBS, for a large part in the TMT sector, where he was top-rated analyst, and thereafter as a top-rated cross-industry analyst, covering special situations and corporate finance. He was an active member of the Education Committee within UBS research. He also spent 18 months in UBS' Valuation & Accounting Group, a team with considerable client education responsibilities. Prior to this, Dan was a corporate finance analyst in investment banking at UBS and Morgan Stanley. He began tutoring with The Profs in late 2016 and has successfully taught and tutored undergrads, postgrads and professionals with a wide range of abilities and requirements, across a range of finance and business-related subjects. In 2018, he was The Profs' Tutor of the Year, having been commended the previous year.

David believes in lifelong learning and is dedicated to helping every learner reach their potential. With over 15 years of experience as a Learning and Management Consultant, David has worked with clients globally, spanning sectors like Financial Services, Government, and Media. His expertise encompasses areas, such as business management, leadership, HR, and economics. David has a track record of delivering tailored learning interventions in both private and public sectors. Holding qualifications in areas like C.I.P.D., project management, and postgraduate teaching, David brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to his tutoring sessions.

Kelly is an experienced professional tutor who was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2016. She has an LLB from Queen Mary University of London, as well as a BPTC and LLM from BPP University. Kelly offers tutoring for students ranging from school-level to postgraduate-level, though she specialises in Law tutoring for LLB, LLM, GDL, BPTC and LPC courses. She has also successfully supported GCSE, A level and IB students with university applications, work experience and academic writing skills, as well as non-Law students on university courses including English, Business Studies, Philosophy, and more.

Lola has been a professional Business and Management tutor for more than 6 years. She has a Master’s in International Employment Relations and HRM from LSE and is currently completing her PhD in Management at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL). Lola has successfully supported students at a range of educational levels, including GCSE, A-level and IB Business Studies, undergraduate and Master’s Management courses, and Management-related dissertations. She also equips students with the necessary study skills, academic reading techniques and qualitative research methods they need to succeed throughout their education and career.

Joe Miller is a highly experienced private tutor and admissions mentor with an MSc from the University of Oxford and a First Class Honours BSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). After a successful career as an Investment Banker, Joe transitioned to full-time tutoring, amassing over 1,500 hours of one-to-one tuition in Economics, History, Business, and Maths up to undergraduate level. As a figurehead for The Profs and one of our only in-house admissions consultants, Joe has guided students from around the world to secure places at top British schools and universities, including Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, and Imperial College. Joe's teaching philosophy centres on being a mentor and role model, creating tailored learning environments that inspire and empower students. His accolades include the Leunig Prize for Economic History and the LSE100 Prize for Outstanding Academic Achievement, underscoring his commitment to excellence in education.
