He has a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and a Master’s in Finance from Imperial College London and has a wide range of specialisms, including Statistics, STATA, Finance, Mathematics, and Econometrics. In addition to being an expert in his subjects, Dan helps students with applications for top UK universities, including LSE, Durham, Bristol, UCL and Warwick, with many securing places at their first choice. Thanks to his commitment to providing excellent online tutoring, Dan was awarded Online Tutor of the Year by The Profs in 2019.

Dr Amar has been teaching and tutoring for more than 20 years. He studied Economics at Princeton University before completing his PhD in Economics at Stanford University, and is a CFA Charterholder. Dr Amar has a background in Consulting, working for McKinsey & Company and BlackRock, as well as academia, serving as a lecturer for Intermediate Microeconomic Theory and Mathematics for Economists at Stanford University. In his role as a tutor, Dr Amar has successfully supported students with Economics and Finance modules at undergraduate and postgraduate-level, as well as working with professionals in relevant industries to help them develop their skills and qualifications, including the CFA.

Dr Nikhil is a professional consultant and tutor with more than 8 years’ experience working with The Profs. He has two Master’s degrees in Economics and Finance from the University of Cambridge and Imperial College London respectively, as well as a PhD in Financial Econometrics from Imperial. Dr Nikhil has supported professionals and students in a range of quantitative subject areas, including Programming (C++, Java, Python, R, Matlab and SQL), Algorithmic Trading (MQL4, JForex), Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Econometrics, Statistics, and Mathematics for Economics and Finance.

Dr Leonard is the founder of several tuition and EdTech companies, including The Profs, Spires and BitPaper, and is ex-Vice President of JP Morgan. The online tutoring technology and methods he has helped to pioneer have now been adopted by thousands of tutors around the world. Dr Leonard also has a Master’s and PhD in Finance, both from Imperial College London, and has previously lectured on Finance, Statistics, Econometrics and more at two of the best business schools in London. In addition to being an expert in his subjects, he has also successfully supported students with applications to top universities and several of his students have gone on to secure leading roles in Finance, Business and Politics.

Simon is a well-established businessman and an experienced lecturer and tutor. He has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Geography from the University of Oxford and a Master’s in Finance from Wharton Business School (USA). In addition to an Oxbridge education, Simon had a hugely successful career in business; he was the CEO of a London stock exchange broking firm and the Global Head of Commerzbank. He has also given over 200 hours of lectures per year as a Visiting Professor at Cass Business School (UK), Frankfurt School of Finance & Management (Germany), and IE Business School (Spain). Simon now specialises in tutoring for MBA students and a range of support for university students studying topics relating to Corporate Finance, Accounting, Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, and more.

Benoit is a Quantitative Analyst and a top-rated university Lecturer. He has two Master’s degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science, from top Paris university Ecole centrale de Nantes, and Financial Mathematics, from Ecole nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. He has been a lecturer at a top Paris university since 2016, covering modules on Quantitative Finance and Applied Mathematics. Benoit can also provide tutoring for a range of quantitative, university-level subjects, including Programming (C++ and Python), Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, and Engineering.
