Dr. Jaqueline is a highly experienced academic and consultant with a PhD in Knowledge Management and an MSc in Management with Distinction. As a business founder, senior academic, author, and company director, she brings extensive expertise in knowledge management, HRM, and organisational behavior. With over 25 years of university lecturing experience, including at Manchester Metropolitan University and Staffordshire University, Dr. Jaqueline has successfully guided over 100 master's dissertation students to distinction-level completions.
