Simon is a well-established businessman and an experienced lecturer and tutor. He has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Geography from the University of Oxford and a Master’s in Finance from Wharton Business School (USA). In addition to an Oxbridge education, Simon had a hugely successful career in business; he was the CEO of a London stock exchange broking firm and the Global Head of Commerzbank. He has also given over 200 hours of lectures per year as a Visiting Professor at Cass Business School (UK), Frankfurt School of Finance & Management (Germany), and IE Business School (Spain). Simon now specialises in tutoring for MBA students and a range of support for university students studying topics relating to Corporate Finance, Accounting, Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, and more.

Grace has been teaching for nearly half a decade. She has a Bachelor’s of Laws, Master’s of Laws (LLM) with distinction, Graduate Diploma in Law. (GDL) with distinction, and LPC with distinction. Thanks to her commitment to academic excellence, many of Grace’s students have also achieved distinctions. She specialises in teaching the GDL (Contract Law, and Land Law) and the LPC (Business Law and Practice, Real Estate, Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Competition Law).

Dan is a Chartered Accountant with a BSc in Accounting and Finance from Sheffield University, an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics, and over 15 years of professional experience in Real Estate Investment, Accounting, and Investment Banking. Having worked at prestigious institutions like JP Morgan and Bank of America, Dan now heads a Real Estate Investment fund in the City. With a unique approach that blends academic knowledge and real-world experience, he excels in tutoring subjects from Accounting and Finance to advanced Excel financial modelling. Dan is also passionate about mentoring young professionals, offering services in CV reviews, job interview preparation, and dissertation writing.
