Our tutors are required to hold at least a Bachelor’s degree and possess significant tutoring expertise. 95% of our tutors have a postgraduate degree and 70% have at least 10 years of teaching experience along with rigorous background and DBS checks. This ensures both quality and safety in our tutoring services.
We also require tutors to pass a rigorous application and interview process including an online class demo, first with our Head of Tutors and next by an experienced tutor interviewer.
