Our tutors are required to hold at least a Bachelor’s degree and possess significant tutoring expertise. 95% of our tutors have a postgraduate degree and 100% have at least 2 years of teaching experience along with vigorous background and DBS checks. This ensures both quality and safety in our tutoring services.
We also require tutors to pass a rigorous application and interview process including an online class demo, first with our Head of Tutors and next by an experienced tutor interviewer. Our in-depth process is precisely why only 4% of our tutors who apply to our exclusive network are accepted.
