Can I Get into Uni with Two A Levels?

With only two A Levels it will not be possible to meet the minimum required UCAS points to get into university. Three A Levels are pretty much required across the board, and most universities expect them to be all taken in the same sitting. This ensures you have experience in handling the workload that universities expect of you.

You can supplement your two A Levels with an Access To Higher Education Diploma (ATHE) or a BTEC (Business and Technology Education Council) which both count towards your UCAS point tariff depending on the grades you achieve in them. In rare cases, you may be able to get into university with only two A Levels if you have very strong work experience that demonstrates your familiarity with you chosen field of study and your dedication towards it.
