How to Edit your UCAS Application

You can edit some parts of your UCAS application yourself. To edit other parts, you must contact the universities and colleges, or UCAS themselves. You can change your address, phone number and email yourself. To change your name, date of birth or passport details, you must fill in this UCAS form. If you want to swap university or college choice, you can swap for a different one within 14 days of receiving your welcome email. You can only swap each choice once. To change campus choice, you will need to contact the university or college. To change course, year or point of entry, you will need to contact the university. To edit exam results and qualifications, you have to let UCAS know via this form. To cancel your application entirely, you must tell UCAS within 14 days of submitting it to receive a refund.
