Dr Jacqueline McLean is an accomplished business founder, senior academic, author, management researcher, consultant, and company director. With much expertise in knowledge management, HRM, organisational behaviour, academic writing, critical thinking, and managing strategic and cultural change, Dr McLean has over 25 years of lecturing experience in universities and over 20 years of experience in educational authoring, consultancy, and company direction. Dr McLean's passion lies in empowering students with critical thinking and research skills, and she has a proven track record of advising and successfully guiding students through the research/dissertation process. Her dedication to teaching and developing students was recognised in the 2013 MMU Annual Student Union Awards, where she was shortlisted for the Outstanding Innovation in Teaching Award and nominated for the Best Teacher Award.
