About
Gareth is a highly experienced, approachable and engaging Science tutor with more than 14 years of teaching and tutoring experience. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Anatomical Science from the University of Leeds and is a qualified teacher with more than 7 years of his career being spent in the positions of Head of Science and Assistant Principal. Gareth has successfully tutored students in A-level Biology on all of the major exam boards and tutors Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Combined Science at GCSE-level. He has also had great success tutoring university-level students on a range of Science courses, including Biological Sciences, Occupational Therapy, Physiology, and more.

Experience
Over the 14 years as a teacher, I worked at three schools across London and Kent with significantly different demographics. I've taught Biology at A-level to all of the exam boards and GCSE Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Combined Science. Last year, 3 of the 5 A-level Biology students who I tutored online achieved A* and are now studying medicine and dentistry at university.
