My teaching style and philosophy is underpinned by the belief that a tutor should be more than a teacher; they should act as a role model and mentor who students can look to for inspiration. Having taught children of all ages - from those preparing for their 11+ to those applying for Masters degrees - I am flexible and adapt my teaching to find the optimal learning environment for each student.

Having tutored students on a part-time basis alongisde my A-levels, undergraduate degree and masters, I became a full-time tutor in 2020 after leaving my role as an Investment Banker. Since then, I have provided one-to-one tuition in Economics, History and Business up to undergraduate level, and Maths up to A-level. My client base has included students who were already excelling in their subject, as well as those who were struggling and needed extra guidance or more hands-on teaching.

I also provide mentorship for students applying to schools, universities and companies across Britain. This includes support with personal statements, research proposals, entrance exams, CV drafting and mock interviews. My students have both been based in the UK and abroad, spanning an age range of 10 - 24. I have also conducted Oxbridge interview prepration sessions and career-related courses, including introductions to investment banking and management consulting, to students at leading British and International schools, such as the Oxford International College (OIC).

My goal is to continue working as a full-time tutor alongside a PhD in Economics or Economic History. Therefore, my commitment to teaching is long-term, ensuring that my students have a certain and sustainable learning enviroment.
