About
Simon is a well-established businessman and an experienced lecturer and tutor. He has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Geography from the University of Oxford and a Master’s in Finance from Wharton Business School (USA). In addition to an Oxbridge education, Simon had a hugely successful career in business; he was the CEO of a London stock exchange broking firm and the Global Head of Commerzbank. He has also given over 200 hours of lectures per year as a Visiting Professor at Cass Business School (UK), Frankfurt School of Finance & Management (Germany), and IE Business School (Spain). Simon now specialises in tutoring for MBA students and a range of support for university students studying topics relating to Corporate Finance, Accounting, Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, and more.

I have given over 200 hours of lectures per annum as Visiting Professor at Cass Business School, The Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in Germany, and IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.
Just some of topics of focus that my lessons have consisted of are: Corporate Investments, Cash Flow, IRR, Multiples, Mergers and Acquisitions, Financial Modelling, Corporate Finance, Securities and Financial Derivatives.
